So for the past few years, this weight problem was constantly on my mind. And I tried constantly to find a solution. I was searching and tried many different methods of losing weight. Every time I read an article in a magazine or paper, see an ad or hear from a friend about a new method, I would try it. But, whether it was because of me not persevering long enough or I did not have faith in those methods, they did not work for me. I visited specialist clinics and took various weight loss herbal teas and products. I got very little results. Still, I didn't give up on searching, I strongly believed there was hope.
