I'm sure you're wondering why the heck I am talking about losing weight without exercise as a former personal trainer, and someone who's running the 21 Day Get Moving Challenge right now. Cold food, crammed in a conference room to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Owners cooking food in the hallway of the conference, with no gloves, plates sitting on the counters for anyone to breath, spit, or anything to the food. Note, the conference room is next to the main lobby where the apartment complex conducts their business. The food was the same very often; however, we never could get a menu list of what was in the food even though it was requested multiple times.
Indian cuisine is known for being a little bit tilted on the spicy side. It is a good thing that spicy dishes can help in weight loss in that they help speed up the metabolic process. The faster a person's metabolism is, the easier it is for him to lose weight. Spicy dishes like curries can help give a temporary metabolic boost. That is why a lot of people eat spicy Indian dishes a few hours before they engage in work out exercises. For some experts, eating spicy foods can help condition the mind and cause it to think that the stomach is already full. Thus, most people who eat spicy foods are believed to feel full faster than if they ever are to eat non-spicy dishes.
