It's the season of relaxing vacations, sunbathing (just use your SPF!), and endless margaritas. Also, while your menstrual cycle may not affect weight gain or loss, losing or gaining weight can affect your menstrual cycle. Women who lose too much weight or lose weight too quickly may stop having a period, or have irregular periods. Women who have obesity may also have irregular periods. A regular period is a sign of good health. Reaching a healthy weight can help women who have irregular periods to have cycles that are more regular. Learn more in our Menstrual Cycle section.
When I married I discovered I needed to change my mind set. It worked on and off for years. I was normal and over weight. Today, I discovered this truth…. When you allow the word diet to change you mentally than you are on a path of same old same old. If you just put your beautiful self in Gods control than the word diet is replaced with a good meal plan. I no longer use the word diet. I am on a weightless journey and I'm loving it. I will read and respond to your book shortly.

Study procedure and data management: The study was conducted at the University of Dammam and employed a cross-sectional design. Male and female participants separately attended arranged clinics at the College of the Preparatory Year. After each participant signed the consent form, height was measured to the nearest 0.5 cm and weight was measured to the nearest 0.1 kg, using a digital stand scale fitted with a height column (GIMA S.p.A., code 27288, CE 0476, Italy). The participants completed a diet and health questionnaire that consisted of 24 questions distributed across 4 categories: demographics, free daily activity, medical history, and food habits. Physical activity was measured using accelerometers (ActiGraph-wGT3X-BT) for 7 consecutive days. Each accelerometer was initialized for each participant, and all participants were asked to wear the devices on their right hip all day except for sleep time and when they made water contact.
