Burn is a popular fat burner produced by Greenbracket LLC and marketed by the popular supplement review website DietSpotlight. Yogi Detox tea claims to support kidney and liver function. Organic-certified ingredients include aromatic dandelion, lemongrass, lemon peel, cinnamon, ginger, liquorice, lemon balm, and peppermint. The brand has been going for over 40 years, and draws on ancient Ayurvedic recipes that promote balance between body, mind and soul. It recommends brewing for five to seven minutes but obviously the longer you leave it, the stronger the flavour - giving you the perfect opportunity to practise your yoga pose.
Steak with asparagus and sweet potato fries, grilled chicken salad, massive omelets that will fill you up for the whole morning, apples dipped in almond butter (my favorite snack ever), and so on. Pick any of the things from that list, and eat as much as you want of them (with the noted exceptions). You'll feel better and be healthier.
Several recent studies conducted on dietary supplements found that consumers who buy herbal supplements may not get the product that is advertised on the label. Unfortunately, this is a trend that doesn't just happen with online vendors or shady back-alley dealers. The State of New York has had to cite several large retailers for selling products that were not as advertised. Legislators in New York are pushing for stronger laws to protect consumers who buy herbal supplements for weight loss and for other health concerns.
